System Requirements

Generally, any IBM compatible personal computer that can run Microsoft Windows 2000 will be capable of running the Nortec H.E.L.P. application. H.E.L.P. may be installed on any of the following versions of Microsoft Windows:

• Microsoft Windows 2000
• Microsoft Windows XP (Home or Professional)
• Microsoft Windows Vista (Except for Windows Help files)
• For the Windows 2000 operating system, Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 or later is recommended.
• For the Windows XP operating system, Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 or later is recommended.
• Windows 2000, and Windows XP are available from the Microsoft Windows Update page..

The following information outlines the minimum and recommended hardware configurations you will need to install and run H.E.L.P.

Equipment Minimum:

• Any personal computer capable of running Windows 2000 (Pentium III or better recommended).
• Memory (RAM) 125Mb (256Mb or more recommended)
• Graphics Display: SVGA 1020X768 16 bit color or higher
• Hard Disk Space: 125Mb for program files and data, at least 8MB swap filespace (32MB swap file or more recommended).
• Printer: Any graphics-capable printer supported by Windows
